Jos Chili Cook off is February 4th, 2012.

Jo’s coffee on South Congress is hosting the 6th Annual Chili Cold Blood Chili Cook-Off, Two Steppin’ Competition and Lila Tenebown Recovery Fund Benefit.

There will be live music by Li’l Cap’n Travis, Chili Cold Blood, Woodsboss and Chaparral. If you need some dance lessons there will be free two-stepping lessons at 11 am, followed by a dance contest at high noon. Chili tasting is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chili contest winners will be announced at 3 pm for 1st and 2nd Place Chili, People’s Choice Award and Best Showmanship.

Prizes galore, including free nights at Hotel San Jose and Hotel Havana, bar tabs at the Hotel San Jose lounge, Central Market gift baskets, trophies and more.
